I just wanted to congratulate you on your superb customer service. When looking into a spa for the first time I was a little out of my depth. I have to say Nicola and Chris were extremely informative in providing me with an explanation of various spas and alternatives. I appreciate the patience you showed in taking time to show myself and my partner round and the way in which you delivered your demonstration was done with clear precise instructions allowing us to make an informed decision of our choice without feeling over whelmed and pressured.

Once we had made our choice of Spa (artic fox) we were extremely impressed with how smoothly the delivery and installation of the spa went. Given we live a fair distance from the centre I expected to wait a little longer than a few days. But no, you surpassed yourself in just a few days.

If only all customer service was so good, it was great to feel like we are not just a number or a pound sign. You really do provide a full service package without any of the pressured sales pitch that normally comes along.

When Chris installed the spa, I have to say he did it with precision and minimal disruption to my house and garden. Really was in and running within no time at all.

The aftercare which is on-going cannot be faulted your enthusiasm and support never Dwain’s at all. I can call for support /advice or to order new cleaning chemicals and can always be assured I will be given the best deal and up to the minute advice.

Dear Nicola and Chris, 

We would like to thank first of all Nocla for her help and expertise throughout the whole process of buying our first spa. After going to several places within the area and beyond we kept finding ourselves returning to Arctic Spas, Stratford. 

The information they supplied us prior to any sale proved to be invaluable and backed up by with a site visit from the installation team. 

We have a limited space in our garden and our main concern was getting the right tub without ruining the look of the garden and with the help from the team we chose a tub that was exactly right for our garden. 

For anyone with a slightly confined space i would definately recommend the Arctic Fox Ultra. We were amazed with the ease it just slotted into place. 

The delivery and installation was excellent. The team turned up exactly on time, the installation was carried out by head technician Chris who was extremely helpful and there was no fuss or mess. 

Also as for the spa itself, my wife and children are still besotted with it certainly as the evenings get a little later and you feel the full benefit of the 38 degrees temperature along with the moon and stars..... a memorable experience which can be witnessed all year round. 

Once again, i would like to help Nicola and Chris for there help throughout and i would definately recommend Arctic Spas of Stratford upon Avon to anyone interested in purchasing a spa.

The faultless installation was planned with precision like a military operation, as the tub has to be installed thee the building around it, the team were polite & professional and everything went according to plan, the service package is so stress free and very good value for money.  

We were so impressed with Arctic we approached them to service a Regal sunken hot tub that we have in a holiday letting property, which they now do for us from servicing, fixing faults, and last minute call outs.

We purchased a second hand hot tub, the Cub Ultra, from Arctic Spas in Stratford upon Avon earlier this year and we have been very impressed by its performance.  The hot tub came with a new cover lifter, steps, headrests and it was serviced before delivery - it looks almost new which is impressive given that it is 4 years old.  The warranty on the shell and labour is also much better than some other hot tub companies who only guarantee their shell for 5 years!  The service from the team atStratfordwas excellent as they helped us choose the right tub for us.  Delivery was easy using a crane and their recommended electrician had us up and running within a few hours.  We are really pleased with our purchase and glad we chose a second hand but higher spec hot tub over a more entry level one from another company.

We have been using now for 4 weeks... and for myself, I have had a very poor quality of life with CFS (chronis fatigue syndrom /ME / Fibyromyalgia)and have been unable to work for 15 months, I have been using the hot tub twice a day, and I am now moving my limbs and the quality of my sleep has improved because I am not in as much pain...  And as for my hubby, it has made such a difference to his well being because he is climbing in the hot tub and he is relaxing and sleeping better... we have even cancelled sky.
